WHOLE HUMAN WELLNESS THERAPY Alexis Jarrell LMFT 127247 and Associates ABOUT ALEXIS: I am a person-centered, attachment-focused individual and family therapist in California. My goal is to understand your life struggles and be a guide to help you on your path to self-discovery. I am dedicated to being an empathetic witness to your healing and to providing you with a safe space for that to take place. My therapeutic expertise is a result of my experience working in various clinical settings at different levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential and private practice. I specialize in working with young adults, adolescents and families. I am passionate about healing the family system and reducing family conflict. I also love working with adolescents and young adults in finding their authentic selves and improving their mental health. Having worked in the teen treatment world, I also specialize in working with clients who are in eating disorder and substance use recovery and navigating that process with them. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is a somatic modality that can assist clients in rewiring their beliefs about themselves and the world after traumatic events and improve their ability to cope effectively. I assist clients in going through their unique healing processes. I believe you are the expert on your own life; I am here to illuminate themes and help you process. I know reaching out for help can be a daunting and nerve-wracking process, and I want to assure you that I will be with you every step of the way! Offers in person therapy sessions in Santa Monica as well as virtually. Victoria Marohn, AMFT-works with teens, adults, families, veterans, does EMDR. Offers virtual therapy sessions for clients anywhere in CA.
